Rod Cowling is currently a partner with Western Dakota Insurors. He has been with Western Dakota Insurors since Graduating from BHSU in 1999. He is well versed in the challenges facing todays businesses. In 2005 Rod obtained the designation of Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC), a designation held by less than 10% of licensed insurance agents in America. The Certified Insurance Counselors (CIC) Program has been the insurance industry's premier, proven source for practical, real-world education since 1969. The coveted Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) designation signifies a higher professional level of experience and competence.
Rod was born and raised in Rapid City SD. In 2003 he married his beautiful wife Janna. Together they have a son, Taylor. Rod has served on the BHHB Board of directors, and is currently active with the BHHB, AGC and the construction industry center. He enjoys hunting, golf and Snowboarding.
