She started her insurance career and became a licensed agent in 1980 while working in the Risk Management department at the former Kluthe & Lane Insurance Agency. She remained with that agency as a commercial lines CSR until 1994. At that time she transferred to Cummings & Roll Insurance Agency commerical lines department. She moved to Western Dakota Insurors in 2004 and is currently a commerical lines account executive. In 2007 Sue obtained the Designation of Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR). This program empowers outstanding individuals to expand their insurance knowledge of risks, coverages, exposures, and to provide exceptional customer service. This dedication to increased knowledge helps to make Sue a truly superior insurance service professional. Sue enjoys going to movies, traveling and singing in her church choir.
