About Terry Caudill:
Terry graduated from Wright State University with a degree in business and the University of Houston with a MBA. He has taught Finance and Personnel Management at the university level as an adjunct professor.

Terry served ITT Corporation as a Labor Relations Manager for 15 years with duties including administering self insured health, and workers compensation programs.

He has been involved in many community organizations. He is a currently
the Secretary of Days of 76 Rodeo Committee and is a past Chairman. He is also the secretary of the Days of 76 Museum Board. In the past, he served as the treasurer for Spearfish Economic Development Corporation, St. Joseph Parish Council President, and Grand Knight of the St. Joseph Knights of Columbus. Terry is a also a certified member of the Terry Peak Ski School.

His insurance experience began in 1991 with an appointment with Mutual of New York. In 1995 he purchased what became the Insurance Center in Spearfish. In 1998 he merged that agency with Western Dakota Insurors and has been the Northern Hills Partner. In 1998 Terry obtained the designation of Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC), a designation held by less than 10% of licensed insurance agents in America. The Certified Insurance Counselors (CIC) Program has been the insurance industry's premier, proven source for practical, real-world education since 1969. The coveted Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) designation signifies a higher professional level of experience and competence.
Terry serves on the North Dakota/South Dakota Society of Certified Insurance Counselors Education Advisory Board.
